Total Lifestyle Plan is perfect for the already consistent client or one looking to make a lifestyle change. The monthly workout plan includes strength, performance, functional application, cardio, HIIT, and physical therapy modalities that will strengthen weak points, reduce injuries, and make you look and feel better. You will have access to chat support with Mandy about your training, and will log your performance on the app (it's easy!) for continued customization for your needs as you progress. You can expect noticeable improvements in the gym, the mirror, and your energy levels
NUTRITION COACHING
The total nutrition plan will help the client know when to eat what to get the best results for their goals and their body. Mandy will create a daily schedule that includes your ideal amount of water intake (1 gallon a day isn't the best rule for everybody!), personalized meal schedule, individual protein fat and carb ratios, customized meal sources, ideal nutrient partitioning and meal timing. The client will follow the nutrition schedule and log when they had the scheduled meal or snack, or enter in the substitution they made (based on their activity, plans that day, or lack of planning). No matter what you and your trainer will be on the same page as you continue to receive dietary customization and support throughout the duration of the plan.
